For customers' convenience, Empost offers prepaid service to its valued customers, where they can send their consignments using prepaid Airway bills for domestic deliveries only. Customers can drop their consignments at dedicated Empost offices located across UAE or call the Contact Center to make a booking to collect their consignments from dedicated address.

Each Airway bill cost AED 25 per consignment of up to 5kgs; a chargeable amount of AED 5 for every additional kg, with a minimum purchase of 25 coupons. (Payable in advance)
